This clinic provides mediation for cases referred from the Juvenile
Court of Benton County (Dependency-Neglect and Families In Need of
Services-FINS), the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and the
Veterans Administration. Students co-mediate with the professor and with
trained mediator volunteers from the community.
