Free Advertising for Bar Associations, Courts and Non-Profits

We will accept at no charge any request from a non-profit corporation, bar association or court, to list an upcoming mediation seminar or training in the pages of our Mediation Seminar and Training Portal.  All that we require in return is that if your organization has a website, you agree to provide a link from anywhere on your website to our website.  If you do not have a website, then you are not subject to this requirement.  Similarly, if you already have provided us with a link to our website, then you have met this requirement.  This will be a continuing obligation on our part as long as this program is in existence. In other words, as long as you continue to link to our site (unless you do not have a website in which case you are not subject to this requirement) we will accept requests from you to post your seminar and training offerings at no charge to you.
